Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship across Nepal and internationally. Delivery times and rates depend on the zone.

Nepal — domestic zones

International — diaspora

We ship to Australia, USA, UK, Gulf countries, and India. Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight. Expect 7–14 days delivery and a separate courier tracking link. Diaspora orders are card / Stripe only — no COD.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across Nepal. For orders above NPR 1,500 we may call to confirm before dispatch — this protects both sides from delivery refusals. A small NPR 30–50 COD handling fee applies in some districts. The exact COD availability is shown at checkout based on your address.

Drop / preorder timeline

Because we run a drop-and-preorder model, items ordered during a drop window ship after the drop closes and printing completes:

  1. Preorder placed — order confirmed by email
  2. Preorder closes (typically 7 days from drop open)
  3. Production: 7–10 days printing
  4. Quality check and packaging: 2 days
  5. Dispatch — tracking link emailed
  6. Delivery per the zones above

Total: usually 18–24 days from preorder to doorstep. We email at every stage so you know where the order is.

Courier partners

Kathmandu Valley: Pathao Courier or in-house rider. District deliveries: Dtox Delivery, Nepal Can Move, or Nepal Post depending on zone. International: DHL Express or Aramex.

Failed deliveries

If the courier cannot deliver after two attempts (no answer, wrong address), the parcel returns to our hub and we hold it for 3 days while we try to reach you. After that period, COD orders are cancelled. Prepaid orders are held for 14 days then refunded minus the delivery charge.

Tracking

Every order receives a tracking link in the dispatch email and in your My Account dashboard. If tracking has not updated for 48 hours, contact us with the order number.
